MTA has an in house Costs Team with literally decades of experience in both Defendant and Claimant services, including law costs draftsmen and legal costs negotiators.

Our supervisors are Fellows of the Association of Law Cost Draftsmen (F.A.L.C.D) and also members of the Academy of Expert Witnesses. Because our in house team are already dealing with MTA's own costs matters, they remain at all times focused on current market issues and legislation.
