MTA will not charge you for an initial consultation either on the telephone or in writing to establish if your claim is likely to succeed. The initial consultation will normally last up to 30 minutes.

In most instances we would hope to recover our charges from the person you have the dispute with, If this will not be possible or is unlikely then we will agree a funding of our charges through a method that suits you and always in advance of us taking any action. Funding can be either :

1. An hourly rate with a maximum cap
2. A percentage of any money recovered
3. Regular payments as your case progresses

In all cases our fees structure will be transparent and if we do not succeed in recovering money on your behalf, you will not be charged a fee.
